We currently ship within the UK. International delivery may be introduced in future phases.

Some products are fulfilled directly by trusted suppliers, while others are shipped from the KYZN clinic.

Dispatch Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Methods

Clinic-fulfilled orders are shipped using recognised courier services such as Royal Mail or DPD. Tracking information will be provided where available.

Delays

Delivery times may vary due to supplier processing, courier delays, or factors beyond our control. KYZN is not responsible for delays once orders have been dispatched.
